Introducing Matt Lockhart -
Matt has been a Realtor with Prudential California Realty since 1998. He began his career in the Rancho Santa Fe Village office exclusively handling high end properties through 2001. Over the years Matt has gone on to receive the GRI, Graduate of the Realty Institution, as well as E-Pro and was selectively chosen to be an active member of Prudential’s E-Team.His years of experience have enabled Matt to have extensive contract knowledge, is often called upon to help assist with his peers with their transactions. Through this experience, including the quantity of transactions Matt has closed over the years, his clients can rest assured that there pursuit to buy or sell a home is being properly taken care of! As an active partner of the Conley Sales Team since 2002 at Prudential Main Office in North County San Diego Matt remains a solid force with his experience and adaptability to the ever changing real estate market.
